Welcome to the ShikaSaku club!

This club promotes the romantic/platonic/otherwise relationship between Nara Shikamaru and Haruno Sakura of Naruto!

<sub>If you…

- Like the idea of Nara Shikamaru and Haruno Sakura becoming a couple, or
- At least want them to be good friends, or
- Like genius-shipping, or
- Think they will have kids with really big foreheads… umm, I mean, very intellectual ones, or
- Think they will make an interesting couple, or

How to Join

- Send a note asking to join. Comments will be ignored because we’re evil like that
- Watch the club to keep track of… things
- Promote the club by either putting the icon in your journal or putting the link in your signature, or any way you can think of
- Well… get on to it! Send that note already!

-No getting into fights with other Sakura or Shikamaru shippers. (As we all know, Shikamaru and Sakura are quite popular, so there is bound to be some argument. But let's try to keep things civil.)

Submitting Art

Send a note titled “Deviation” or something that indicates that you’re sending in a deviation with the link to it, and it will be put up in the club gallery ASAP.

Fanfic Recommendations

Recommending your own fanfic is fine, but recommending another’s is better. Send a note with the link to the fanfic, and include its title and rating.

Updates

12 September 2007 - We have a new contest entry from ~MorbidMusic. Feel free to check it out~ Also, the amount of members in this club is currently 36! I'm sure more of you can come up with a contest entry, so if you're interested, get those entries in, even if you're not pressured with a deadline.

27 June 2007 - For the contest, there are currently TWO entries, from ~KorinaCaffeine and *Neopuff right now! Please enter, in order for the contest to run smoothly!

4 April 2007 - New members: *Neopuff and ~SilentKunoichi. New affiliate, ~Shikamaru-x-Hinata club! Also, are you guys ready for a contest? We've got over twenty members, so what do you think?

23 December 2006 - Three of our newest affiliates: ~AlbelxSophiaClub (Star Ocean 3), ~aishi-love (Eyeshield 21), and the ~Kunoichi-Club (Naruto, obviously). Also, welcome our new member, ~rogueXX! I have a question: if we had a contest, would any of you guys join? I know that we're lacking in members, but someday, when the amount increases... What kind of contest would you like? A DevID one? General fanart? Comment on this journal entry, please.

06 December 2006 - We have a new affiliate, the ~Kakashi-fansclub! Feel free to check them out if you're interested. Thank you for those who submitted their work! More would be appreciated! Some of you might want to also check out the NarutoFan ShikaSaku FC

22 October 2006 - We have a new member, and two new affiliates, ~Naruto-NonCanon and ~SD-love! Promote the club in anyway you can- the ShikaSaku fandom might be lacking, but I didn't think it'd be this lacking...

7 October 2006 - Yay, the ~shikaxsaku Club is now offically up and running. We will start to things and submit work, as well as accept submissions!!! Bring on the ShikaSaku love!
